3. Affinity Population Assessment and Projection
4. Grouping of Comparable Churches
5. Benchmarks for Programs, Non-clergy Staff Compensation and Facilities Expenditures
6. Identification and Assessment of Spending Deficiencies, if Any
7. Projected Incremental Gain in Worship Attendance
8. Calculated Cost of Deficiency Repair
9. Calculated Gains in Local Church Receipts
10. Detailed Recommendations with Respect to Schedule, Implementation, Execution and Follow-Up.
